1. We offer 7 days of hassle-free delivery / exchange from the date of delivery.
2. Further 3-5 days for the returned product to reach us.
3. We also offer reverse pick-up on selected pin-code for rs.100 & the reverse pick -up fee will be deducted at the time of refund per order.
4. In reverse pick-up policy if an order contains multiple items only single deduction is made on the entire order of Rs. 100, not on individual clothing item.
5. Reverse pick-up is subjected to the availability of service in your area pin code.
6. Pick-up will be attempted twice if the courier company is unable to reach the customer / customer is not available in the pick-up address In that case customer will have to send the package to the company address as mentioned below.
7. In case of card payment or prepaid mode, Refund will be credited within 10 business days in your original payment method.
8. Suppose the order is placed via COD and customer want the amount in their bank account in that case customer needs to add their bank details (Instructions to add bank account).
9. Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed and amount to reflect in your bank account (applied for prepaid orders only).
10. We request customer to wait for 3 working days for COD customers after adding their bank account.
11. Please return your products in the same condition as it was shipped, if the products is returned in poor condition or have clearly worn, a refund would not be provided.
12. Return , Exchange and Replacement will be done within 7 days.
13. Cancellation will only be possible if and till the order is not dispatched from our warehouse.
14. Any items purchased on NFS (Namma Fashion Sale) or buy 1 get 1 free or any such promotion or discounts, such orders will not be eligible for any return.
15. Bank details provided by the customer for refund will be found and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
